The Addisons

From Holland Park Avenue, Addison Road itself runs due south towards Kensington High Street. Between Addison Road and Holland Road, the area includes Upper and Lower Addison Gardens, Holland Villas Road and Addison Crescent.

There is a variety of property stock, from Victorian conversion apartments on Upper and Lower Addison Gardens, to purpose built apartment buildings at the top and bottom of Addison Road (such as Addisland Court and Serlby Court) to the imposing detached properties of Holland Villas Road and Addison Road itself.
